USER AGREEMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
DEPOSIT AND BOOKING: A $150 non-refundable deposit will be required at time of booking to hold your party date. We accept credit card, CashApp, PayPal and cash. This deposit will go towards the cost of your party, which will need to be paid completely by credit card, CashApp, PayPal or cash 14 days prior to the party.
CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULE: Cancellations can be done 30 days prior to the party. The $314 deposit is non-refundable, but it can be applied towards the cost of another party if held within 60 days of the original party date. If the theme is different, custom items will not be remade to match new theme. If you choose to cancel our services for ANY reason, your deposit will not be refunded.
FINAL PAYMENT: All outstanding balances are due 7 days prior to your event. Payments not received within this timeframe will result in the cancellation of your party with no exception. The remaining balance is based upon your provided final headcount and additional items.
FORMS OF PAYMENT: We accept cash, PayPal and major credit cards and CashApp.
RENTAL RETURN: Our team will arrive next day before 11 am to pick up items. A tour around the tents and items will be done prior to breakdown. After the countdown and going over all the items we will let client know of any issues or fees that may be applied.
PARTY ITEMS AND DAMAGES: A check list with the rental items and any additional items selected by the client will be delivered to the client before we leave the party. It is the client’s responsibility to return all the items that are in the checklist back in perfect condition next day. Any damage or lost items will be charged. Client has the right to look at items before we leave and let us know of any damages prior to renting our items. If any damages or stains are sited by the client prior to the rental, a note will be written in the check list.
Any damaged or lost items except the tents will cost up to $30 per item. Any damaged teepee will cost $100 each. Client shall not be responsible for any damages caused by company´s employees, agents or assignees.
PETS, FOOD AND BEVERAGES: Pets, food and drinks are totally prohibited in the tents/teepees. Any food or stains caused by pets, drinks or food inside or outside of the tents or any of our items will result on a penalty of a cleaning fee of $50.
SMOKE FREE ENVIRONMENT: A non-smoke environment must be provided at all times during the party and also during the teepee/ tent rental. Hello Gorgeous Teepees will have the right to charge client a $50 cleaning fee in the event any items are exposed to cigarette smoke.
SHOES: Client agrees to ask guests to remove shoes to enter teepees.
PHOTOGRAPHY: Hello Gorgeous Teepee reserves the right to use photographs taken at your event in any promotional media controlled by us. You will make no monetary or another claim against Hello Gorgeous Teepees for the use of photographs taken of your children/guests. We will never use identifying information in our images.
COPYRIGHTS: Hello Gorgeous Teepees reserves the right to all the party themes, packages, and materials. Our party themes and packages are for the exclusive use of our website and business. Our rented items cannot be re-rented, sold or used for pictures or any professional reasons.
Hello Gorgeous Teepees determines mileage fees based on the suggested routes of MapQuest.com and apply to areas located 25 miles outside of 77573 with a cap at 45 miles.

Please provide enough space for the tables and chairs we will bring. Provide a clean space for us to set up tents and rugs. Provide a smoke free environment. Make sure no pets are in the party area or venue during our hosting or rentals. Let guests know that no food or drinks are consumed in teepee/tents. Let guests know that no shoes are allowed in the teepee/tent area.
ADDITIONAL ITEMS AND PARTY GUESTS: You have up to 3 weeks prior to the event to add any additional guests or items so we can order supplies in advance and avoid any interruption of the service.
SPACE: Before you book your teepee slumber party or teepee rental please make sure you have enough room and a clean and safe area for kids to stay. It is the client’s responsibility to measure the room to make sure the tents will fit and that the room is big enough to accommodate the tents and guests. We can arrange the teepees in many ways; however, it is the client’s responsibility to measure the room to make sure the tents will fit and that the room is big enough to accommodate the tents and guests.
The overall width of the tent, mattress and breakfast tray is approximately 38 inches wide x 8 feet long. If there is limited space, we sit the breakfast trays on the ends of the mattresses and/or length ways in between the tents. The tents are generally set up next to each other and/or opposite depending on the space available.
If you are unsure if you have enough room, don’t hesitate to give us a call and/or send some photos/measurements of the room you intend on hosting the slumber party in. You also need to remember that if you intend on setting up the tents facing one another, there needs to be room in the middle of the room for the guests to access their tents.
SET UP AND DURATION: We can arrive at any time during the party day from 10am-4pm. We will give you a call an hour before we plan to arrive to set up the teepees. Please make sure to have someone at home. We will try to set up your event as quickly as possible. We have a lot of things to do during a short time and for this reason we kindly request that no guests or children are in the set up area. We also need for the parking area to be cleared prior to our arrival. We take between 60 minutes to 90 minutes to set up the decoration.
PARTY AREA: Please make sure carpet or floor is clean before we set up party.
